material deal today. FY2021 starting run rate of 85 million revenue and $21 million ebitda. almost 25% profit margins.
at $2.65 raise and fully diluted 60 million issued shares, the capitalization is $160 million.
on run rate figures the stock trading on 8x but if we take into account growth through FY2021 then the multiple is potentially 7x.
recent equity raise multiples for equivalent businesses have been conducted around 12x.
VVA is still very cheap !!
