    No doubt the company is setting up for a raising imo, but they want the sp higher. FAR gave their announcement regarding Shells interest at the same time as a cap raising at 5c, although that was to "institutional investors"..ie mates.Look at it now and still no announcement.
    Dont be suprised if BUY will do the same thing with PEP11 maybe around the 7-8c mark.
    My thoughts anyway.
