Unless you're short term trading (ie profit taking) I can't see why anybody would want to get out before the FIRB given the larger context of rare earth supply.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, FIRB will have to be pretty ballsy to block this one after the Rio firestorm and and now attention has well and truly been drawn to this prospect meaning that there will be other takers should the china financing deal fall through. And we all know how good the figures stack up should this make it through to production (which of course it may not like all the other broken dreams out there)
