    IMO, I think the transaction is positive to SDL. Talbot Group had been a passive shareholder all this while. We ready need major shareholders who have the financial muscles to defend SDL's SP when it was hammered by short sellers or other adverse news (with no disrespect for the late Ken Talbot).

    We will know who are the new shareholders as it develops.
