Surely after the recent raise and recent trade volume, there would have been a significant/relevant (albeit may not substantial) change in holdings. Not getting a change of sub holding notice is a good thing as it means new top (5- hopefully including 1 & 2) holders. We don't want the top 2 to close in too much (to 20%) till at least after the drill bit has spoken.
