Look at the size of the buy side and the sell side...yet we can't match between them within 1 or 2 cents for several hundred thousand dollars worth of stock.
Maybe the buyer heard Protues was a goer and the seller heard it wasn't but just can't quite come to terms with losing out on an extra cent wither way?
