It is amazing how people just continue to fall for some of the oldest tricks in the books that these big guys enforce to get their way with the share price.

Half the time big players dump shares like he did to push the share price down and get other players involved. Almost a given that this is the case with his last sell of getting set for the next coming announcements that will bring good news.
