From watching this trading action over the past few months my take is that an accumulator placed 250k at 15 cents. Due to lack of selling activity, they needed to buy some themselves (ie. the trades I identified previously). The apparent selling into 15.0 flushed out some other sellers. Of the accumulator's original 250k, they had to sacrifice approx 10% (23k) and then managed to entice others to sell into the remainder. This latest round fits very closely with the amounts and percentages from previous rounds. It works both ways. It is on again, this time buying from small offer at 15 cents. Let's see what's next.
