Just another attempted pump and dump by the look.
SP wont be going anywhere unless they announce they have a multi billion dollar resource which is 12 months from being mined. No junior resource stock is moving anywhere on any announcements apart from backwards. No one is prepared to sink any capital into these sort of stocks until they prove they have an economic resource and the finance to actually mine it within 12 months.
