    re: ptd stock manipulation Not arguing whether this stock is being manipulated or not, but continually putting in low sells doesnt necessarily cost alot of commission. Larger players tend to have all sorts of wierd and wonderful agreements with brokers, where often they can agree to a particular fee no matter how many trades are placed for a particular stock. Thats how large players accumulate stock, in dribs and drabs, and I can guarantee you they are not paying for each transaction.
