I see the market depth a little differently to you.
Between, and including, 10 c to 12.5 c there are more buyers than sellers. This includes buyers at only 2 ticks and sellers at 4 ticks.
How can you interpret this as no support?

There has been plenty of sellers around the 13 to 15 c price range for a long time. I regard most of these as short term traders who take advantage of the huge price jumps between ticks and the narrow trading range.

The low turnover recently shows there is currently little short term trader activity.

The lack of buyers below 10c shows that no-one really believes the price is going there.

Once the traders get sick of this stock and they are replaced by long term holders we will see the price move above 15c.
