Well puss, it isn't working if that was the intent.
Since Feb 2, the trend is a decline, and the stochastics are low and pointing down.
Relative strength is pointing to OS territory.
Looking at money/interest transfers, imho more likely tidying up in house paper shuffling stuff, rather than to be interpreted at good or bad operationally.
For those who believe TYX will one day dig a hole and sell some dirt, we could be looking at a buying op.
The trend as always is your friend - but as ma said don't bend for a friend.
