    Its an unlisted fund. Its not AOF its ASA.

    ASA are likely selling because they have redemptions. Go study the unlisted fund the AOF stake was the only liquid instrument. ASA is a new fund manager of the unlisted.

    Also explained they are likely forced sellers so they are taking what they can. That's how these things work.

    On remaining 9% that's head stock but a good question. Why would they sell? When if they sit it out they can see divesting the last three assets gets somewhere near $1.72. It's one you should ask the company.
