Head stock doesnt necessarily need to give approval. Depends how management agreement struck. It is also totally separate so they have no inside information. But blind freddy knows where it is going. They have sold so many assets so likely has to be a redemption and hence forced selling. Or maybe ASA needed to pay for managmement rights.
