The thing I don't get is that this excellent company, with high-profile management and a former deputy PM as chairman in THE growth industry of the next 50 years isn't flying after an announcement like this. I must be missing something - less than $50m market cap - deal worth $300m in revenue, with several more potentially to come, a guaranteed source of recurring revenue from the wind farms, etc etc. Surely institutional investors and brokers will have to wake up soon, not to mention this forum. Given renewables will come to the fore in light of the election result and CBD is right at the front of the charge, I see potential for this share to be worth $1+ within the next 12 months.
