Yes there is a buyer or buyers that are picking up the volume. But on the flip side there is also a fair amount of selling & the sellers seem to be outnumbering the buyers. This isn't surprising considering the recent news & commentary.

The market depth does not look healthy at the moment. It seems to have deteriorated & may be as a result of the Criterion article today. Volume seemed to pick up during the lunch break, perhaps this is when a lot of people read the article.

In any case it doesn't look like the price will be able to move up until there is some positive news.
