INL is better poised to run on a good announcement as opposed to before. We've had strong accumulation at this level for a while now, and we also have much more attention given the "250% gain" day.
As others have said though this is entirely dependent on a good announcement, which I see as probable. Given a good announcement, this baby will run skyward of 5c with a day.
