    yeah but i dont think its going to 20c unless they win the court battle. The only thing left for you to do is to decide whether selling at this level and taking a 90% loss, or to hold on hoping they win the court battle and risk losing 100%. If i was in your situation, i would just hold and see what transpires, hope they win and the shares will go back up. Theres no point in selling now and recieve a 90% loss, 90% loss compared to 100% isnt much, because theres still a chance the appeal will be successful
