    Did any one ever figure why the big buy up in BUL during / around the cap raising earlier in the year? Seriously large bids and movements/interest to get in then. All for JEF? I see some suggestion of this interest waiting in the wings again now. With some relief in world markets and renewed interest in the AUS oil/gas/shale sector (see DLS, BPT, SXY all up 20-30% over a few weeks) dollars into BUL maybe be relaxed and follow. Lets see, or not : )
