kbear1, just my opinion and would hope that rings true.

if it was 10 years ago during the bull market and equities boom. maybe those sort of calculations would be fairly accurate. with the uncertainty in markets these days, it is hardly the case these days.

i believe initially PRR would be discounted due to commercialisation risk at first as market will always take past examples to provide a valuation in this case DNDN even though we know PRR management will be better, it is not a guaranteed thing. I think once you get few Quarterlies, the real valuation might occur.
