personally, i don't think it would be ethical to have someone with a financial interest (shareholder) in CVAC actually running the trial.
What i mean here is that Prima Biomed pays such and such (Dr. Goh and his crew) to carry out the research for them. This reduces the risk of people making up data, or presenting biased results etc.
