Regarding executive remuneration - veryone has a right to vote at either the AGM or with their feet by selling shares.
My personal view is his package (not just the cash component) is way out of whack with the market for a 120M market cap company.
I'm also sneakily worried that he's on too good a wicket and why get into production or risk completely de-risking the project to be taken over and end up out of a job - sure it's the cynical view but I've seen it all before with other companies where Directors kill the pig and nothing ever really happens.
Time will tell - if the CLC agreement and Ti offtake get finished this year we could see development start by the end of 2019...........maybe.......
