H and A - here are a couple of factors that may or may not affect your schedule, timing is everything in the HT analysis.
PH + nothing has been said about penalty elements eg U and F etc, how do these change at depth in the current pit? in the underground satellites + the layout of the waste dumps, wall instability will cause problems going deeper in the pit, unless it is an underground extension + mined grade vs milled grade a gap is opening up here, grade may be a problem? + safety performance looks to be drifting up (only an indicator)
C + depth may add up to $1 to C1 cost + existence of U in an underground environment will mean that the mine will need to be treated as a U mine ie ventilation and other health and hygiene controls + is U extractable or just a nuisance as at PH? testing is no doubt underway
None of this is insurmountable, but timing is an issue. I would prefer there was another mature development underway, to cover any slack. Hopefully there is and we don't know about it yet.
