It's a big call by JH, and to further add credibility to JH's post, and your post, because Directors are ultimately responsible for the running of the company, one HAS TO ASSUME that the directors have authorised the announcement, and and by doing so, and under ASX rules, and corporations law, have said OIL FLOW LIKELY!

So it's not just JH, in fact he's a minor player in regard to anns, it's CTP the company bound by law ..... that has said "OIL FLOW LIKELY"
