The announcement made by CTP WILL be seen as FACT! ..... because it is not aimed at sophistacted investors, ie: behind closed doors with a backer!
Two different languages depending on the audience, and the ASX to back this up.
Therefore an ann saying "Expecting to flow (or whatever)" is certain.
