guys - correct me if I am wrong, but by my understanding there is just over 33 million shares in NMS. Take for example every single shareholder takes up there 2 for 1 purchase offer, hence 66 million shares will be purchased at a price of 0.20. This gives the company $13.2 million. Then add the $1 mil from insituational investors gives a total of $14.3 mil. I cannot see based on these figures how they will get any where near the required $17.3 mil. What are everyones thoughts? I hold plenty of these shares and Im hoping they will turn the corner. Management seems to be on top of things, but lets just wait n see....
