Underwritten by pattersons, which means that they agree to pick up any shortfall, provided certain conditions are met. One of those conditions is that the share price doesn't fall below 20 cents. I sincerely hope this won't happen, and I very much doubt that it would be allowed to.
So provided the conditions are met, the minimum amount is guaranteed, whether it comes from current holders or Patersons.
