I read the Announcement as setting up this method of Placement + Holder "opportunity" as ongoing,THE Method of DYE financing and increasing it's Liquidity without shareholders being diluted by Sophistos and d'Price open slather manipulated by SPIVS.

Now that's a pretty Ideal method to be implemented compared to say BioTech companies usual plays.
It at least gives Long Term Holders a continual "back-up" as long as they aren't Huge Holders from the IPO and even if THEY are they could quite possibly on DYE's Sophisticated Call list.

Anyway,rebounded,ranging on VOLUME today.
On d'Sort,pilgrims.Just wait and watch if ya Hold.
