I had an issue with their execution which has now been more than rectified.My complaint has been more than resolved .
As a entrepreneur I truly appreciate it when the CEO and a director personally get involved to a lengthy degree especially in a small business such as mine.

Indeed to prevent such a repeat , BIG have now installed a system which ensures this kind of delay will not happen again.

This was a worry but no longer and I am very happy from a large shareholders perspective and as a client.
I can't praise them highly enough and will be adding more to my portfolio.

All of the above can be substantiated and willing to do so.
