Denpal and Beard99 - OMC s/p will spike once it has been released from the shackles of Denison takeover.

Re the directors, one can only assume they are exploration geos who have turned a company worth $5m into one worth (to them) $170m with very little dilution along the way. These directors are probably not capable and I'd say definitely not interested in taking the project to the next level as a producing mine. They're all millionaires out of this anyway - move onto the next exploration float i'd say will be the next move for them. From another point of view, Denison obviously wouldn't go into this unless they saw value either.
