big chart..........alpha ?

Doesnt seem to have the volume to break higher, holds the tight trading range..
Expected this to trade higher on technicals..
any opinions on the Driving fundamentals...
Im thinking of selling..rather than stagnating..
perhaps Im too impatient with so much other green to tempt.atm

I understand TIM and others were being preferred to FEA....could alpha or others strong on this sector offer a short opinion please...
