    Good question - I didn't explain this very well on the initial post.

    For flag formation, the target price at the end of the flag is the same as the initial length of the first flag pole (3.2 was the distance from 1.8 to 5.5).

    Hence, the target is 3.3 (latest breakout from flat) added to 3.2 pole distance, which is 6.5.

    Hope this helps.
