I'm quite at a loss to try to figure out what you're saying.
Most of BIG revenue comes from subscriptions. People pay a small deposit upfront, the bulk of the payment (deferred revenue) being done by monthly direct debit.
Are you suggesting that the deferred revenue is at risk of being pushed back for one or two months ? And that BIG overestimated its capacity to absorb that many sales orders ?
If so, I'm happy. Can't be sad about having way too much business. It's a luxury only a few companies can complain about...
