It just bounced back from $3.0 not long ago , so not really falling as such unless you worried about minute-by-minute movements.
I topped up a few times at around 3.0, 3.2, 3.3, and most recently today at 3.52. I had to sell some of my other holdings for each top-up. So today was probably the final top up for me, unless we see (even more)-ridiculously low prices, which is perhaps quite unlikely.
