It could be large holder / institutional holder accumulating.
compare with a rush buy by the mass, professional purchase control by algorithm and in such, share price increase very small range each day as supply exhausted at low range, then move higher to attract new supply from small holder.
it hard to know when will they stop, sometime they overshot their target price, then unload some to take small profit in trading arm, then do a large cross to holding arm, where their client will bear the cost which is not too high, but not bottom low either.
It could be large holder / institutional holder accumulating....
