Not sure where these rumours are coming from. If there was any form of management buyout it would be irresponsible if they didn't know about it at the AGM less than 1 month ago. If it's an idea since then it is a coddled together idea that reeks of management looking out for themselves. I can't imagine they'd be stupid enough to show their contempt of the holders who funded them with real dollars to get them to the starting line.

Let the announcements play out - all the hype about what is in the works re financing of Jab1/2 - even 3 - then let the market find it's fair price/value. Then holders may accept some form of offer - until then - management rolls the dice just like the rest of us.
