    Hi savadamoney, that's a good question.

    Given that Germany is about eight hours behind the Eastern states (6hrs behind Perth), I would say that if a ruling is made today than we should hear from IPR by lunchtime tomorrow as an afternoon ruling in Germany would probably be too late for an ASX announcement today.

    It may pay to watch for any business news service in Germany as a loss to DT would be big news there.

    I could be proven wrong and may get the news sooner. Anyone else care to comment?
