Update in SAR case in Germany

" Ipernica advises that the German Supreme Court has called the parties to attend a " hearing " in relation to ipernica’s appeal on 23 September 2008. "

So no " Judgment ".!?

My gut feeling tells me, that it is just a " Talk " to find out what the next " Move " will be.

The Judge / Judges may tell the parties after all this time what the " Court appointed Expert " came up with, and what the " Consequences " might be.But .....I could be wrong !
