    The payment of a dividend from 2008 accumulated profits is under continuing review by the Board who will be in a better position to make such a determination " following the September 23 2008 final ruling on the German SAR Appeal " and the finalisation of the Company’s Financial Report which must be lodged by 30 September 2008.
