It looks like a whopping $30M is being sought in the latest of a series of CR's
This is going to be a big dilution with circa 178M new shares being issued
At least there will be an SPP so shareholders will have a chance to "top up" or "average down"
An options sweetener will also be in there
Lets hope that this is the last as this must bring their Capex up to about $180M
Time will tell whether any heads will roll over this - this smacks of serial mismanagement
