Evidently it is not Buru selling the shares as there has been no notice filed so it has to be one of the other top 8 holders.
And given that there are 5 of those with 5% or more according to the last annual report, that limits it even further as no notice has been filed for them either.
It also appears that they are still not done offloading shares at whatever price they can get.
I'd guess that they are almost done though........
