Tils, I hear what you are saying but IF Regent did own the extra 12% (35%-23%), then surely this +- $30M (12M x $2.50) amount would have to show up somewhere on their balance sheet?
I have not seen their balance sheet but it should be available.
One thing I do agree with you is buy, buy, buy - if only I had the money !!
