Not a holder, but an interested doctor/biotech investor. I suspect even if it is a trial error such as data being incorrectly recorded/reported, it is going to be a disaster nonetheless. The options are twofold:
- a trial that didn't follow protocols and is seriously flawed (TGA/FDA/EMA unlikely to look favourably upon).
- a Phase 3 trial that suggests the product may not be effective.
I see a extra Phase 3 trial being required regardless of which option we're looking at.
I'll keep an eye out and might buy once we have more clarity.
