Those lands are worth nothing if they are just sitting there doing nothing! They have been planning for years (probably still planning).. Maybe management will finalise all their plans for those lands before they retire.. Must be a great way to earn a living until retirement through capital raising, buying tennements with great perceived potential without doing much with them...
