Luckily i have no court experience,i guess a good outcome for us would be 'the lawyers saying to the judge, this will be settled out of court' in our favour of course.If this doesn't happen,i presume a lot of documented evidence would be presented by both parties,Not just, ours saying,they didn't stick enough of the proper stuff in there and whatever they'd say back! Could take days?
