I believe that this is a very positive announcement. Sylvania have obviously seen the results and I don't think that they would have taken such a position unless the results were of value and would be viewed positively by the market, thus increasing the share price.

Can't see them buying at .27c on the basis that the results (which they would have seen) were bad and the shareprice would fall!!

Hopefully a match made in heaven, Sylvania with the money and GAU with the resource. Roll on the results.
