I think it is pretty ordinary form not to have it in time for the qrtly. Management have pretty much treated shareholders for mugs last 3months...all we have heard from them since 17 August is...major shareholder continues to build interest....all this says to me is that they are petrified of what local and national Phillipines government are going to do to them in relation to permitting and future royalty agreements etc...the reality is if this thing keeps sinking in share price major shareholder will have to cough up a whole lot more to get this off ground. In fact I thought Australian law required any shareholder who got over 15% ownership had to state their intentions...maybe it's 19%...either way they are getting very close almost deliberately one might say....
