Baro, the one main slide that was impressive was the one with the supply chain. Two stages of the supply chain required certification of organic (sourcing and shipping) which is difficult to replicate. One other which i think is pertinent is the milk prices dropping and the organic price remaining steady. This could be the trigger for farmers to convert to organic.
