Thank you dew,great article,love the comment about having three institutions on board,hardly heard of in a company like this.Great comments on don't build a resource when things Are booming,build when no one wants to be involved,by the end off setting up your resource things will look up.we are all set for a company going places ,this will fly one day,looking forward to that day.
