I think it means nobody is sure what to do.
There are those too concerned with selling with news so close..
There are others who are too concerned with 'stepping up' and buying based on NO NEWS or REAL developments or acquisitions.
How would you feel if you had held for a considerable time to sell shortly...then find that within a couple of months you lost out by multiples?
Not very good is my answer.
The next rally might not be a false one....
The danger is now that we get similar moves we had last week..perhaps on a leak of info.
We get to the mid 30's or 40's on no news..
THEN
BANG!
Its game over for those seeking a bargain.
Sure there will be the trading opportunity while the market sorts out what has been acquired and what value you put to it......
But forget the multiples that are on offer right now.
Imo they wont be there once Ukraine is announced.
Long term maybe.
But this is...as painstaking, as fickle and as repetitive as it seems, the opportunity NOW to get set.
Does it 'guarantee' you multiples?
Of course not. But it does give you an excellent chance to do it on not 1 or 2 projects...but on several.
And imo within 2008 conservatively....within the half year (as the company has stated) realistically..
And opportunistically it may be next week.
Thats what we are faced with here.
The brave are holding tight. The stupid (and in this instance 'stupid' is the right word) have sold at these low levels so close to 'potential' developments.
Uran has not seen high volumes for ages. Even the big spike last week (both ways) were sub 1 million shares.
What happens when we get real news?
The traders ARE aware of Uran. That little rally did us the world of good because it would have alerted many to this little company that wouldnt have bothered the TA/traders for 12 months or more.
Its being watched. Any company to near double on no news is serious biccies for the opportunistic day traders.
We cab give thanks that we arent trying to bounce off 50-100 million MC..
We merely need to get there instead!
And that folks is the 'start'
